every session.

Log

Tap your weight and reps. Done.

Your last numbers are already filled in. Add a set, remove one, swipe it away, undo it. No menus to hunt through.

Rest

The timer starts the second you log a set.

It sits right above the keypad where your thumb already is. Connect Apple Health and BarkBell can use your heart rate to know when you have recovered.

Recover

See what is rested and what is not.

Your own character, front and back, with every muscle shaded by how recovered it is. Pick tomorrow's workout without guessing.

Dress up

Spend your bones on Milo and on you.

Every workout pays bones. Trade them for hats, hoodies, costumes and accessories, then let Milo and your character wear matching outfits across the app.
